Bruxelles, Belgium

On 30th April, we went for a short break to Brussels, Bruges and Amsterdam. We took a morning Eurostar train from London and arrived in Brussels about 2 hours later.
Brussels is the capital city of Belgium. It is also known as The Capital of Europe as the headquarters of European Union (EU) and NATO is based here. Interestingly, people in Belgium does not have their own language.They speak French, Dutch as well as German.. Whatever language spoken there, one thing we have to agree is, it has the best belgian chocolate that no other places have..So, siang, malam, pagi, petang makan coklat je la keja kami masa kat sini..  enjoy the photos..

Pelik kan ada snow tebal masa spring.. but that is what happen here last Sunday...Actually, masa hari ahad tu, pagi-pagi sebelum pukul 7 dah bangun sebab nak pegi car boot.. sekali tgk kat luar heavy snow.. apa lagi, terus keluar main kat depan umah...rasa mcm jakun la pulak, first time dpt main snow mcm tu...

Portsmouth - 16.03.08

My brother n sister has gone back to Malaysia last Thursday..  left only me & hubby here.. terasa la jugak sunyi.. but luckily Umi, bapa & adik-adik is coming this end of May, so meriah la balik kat sini nanti.. but lepas diaorg pulak balik baru the real loneliness akan terasa.. 
Masa 1 month tour dgn adik2 hari tu, sempat bawak diaorg pegi Portsmouth. Portsmouth ni tak la jauh sgt pun dari Reading, lebih kurang sejam setengah drive.. Portsmouth is actually base for the Royal Navy and is home for many famous ships which include HMS Victory...
Portsmouth is also a shopping heaven.. with a limited time, we managed to explore the designer outlet at Gunwharf Quays.. definately will shop there again..

Madame Tussauds London

Lamanya tak update fotopage ni.. sorry sibuk sikit bawak adik-adik jalan & kena hanta progress report.. So this is some of my progress kat sini.. 
Masa first week diaorg kat sini bawak jln2 London & lepas tu bawak tour UK.. bukan main excited lagi budak2 tu.. kiranya me & hubby jadi tourist guide diaorg la kat sini...so, ni some of the photos masa pegi Madame Tussauds. More photos on our 1 month UK tour will be uploaded soon.. enjoy!!

Happy 27th Birthday to my darling husband..Semoga dipanjangkan umur, dimurahkan rezeki n sentiasa dilindungi... One day before darling hubby birthday, my bro & sista had arrived frm Msia.. seronok tak terkata dpt jumpa diaorg.. n bykla brg2 frm Msia diaorg bawak.. including kiriman birthday present for hubby, rempah ratus, ikan bilis, sotong kering, udang kering, KFC & baju raya.. Terima kasih semua utk kiriman brg2 n present for hubby...
p/s : nanti bulan 7 jgn lupa hantar hadiah yer...

Love In Paris

Last week we went for holiday to Paris.. Since hubby have to clear his leave and I just completed one of the most difficult chapter of my research, we decided that we deserve a short break to indulge ourselves...We took a Eurostar from London direct to Paris and the journey was about 2 and the half hours..
Paris is such a beautiful city but shopping there is real expensive compared to UK eventhough the currency is in euro..Shopping in UK is much more better.. So, menjamu mata aja la.. Tak pe yang penting my dream nak naik Eiffel Tower and nak explore Paris tercapai..  Enjoy the pictures..

Happy New Year

Rasanya not too late nak wish Happy New Year kepada semua... kejap aja dah masuk 2008... Sebelum masuk tahun baru ari tu, kitaorg pindah umah baru kat sini.. so sempatla sambut new year di rumah sendiri...
Alhamdulillah, sebelum new year gak ada rezeki lebih beli keta kat sini.. Saja beli MPV for family and friends di Malaysia nak dtg sini, senang bawak jln2.. lgpun kat sini keta n minyak murah.. kalo kat Msia tak merasa la..So sekarang life kat sini consider good and dah stable.. Alhamdulillah, syukur sgt2 dgn apa yg ada sekarang.. Hopefully, akan ada lebih byk achievement thn 2008 ni and moga-moga my Phd will progress well..Amin..

Christmas Holiday @ Exeter

Last christmas we went for a short break to Exeter.. Saja aja gi jln2 relaks for 2 days..Since ada kawan kat university of exeter so ada la tour guide bawak jalan.. Terima kasih byk2 to Laila n kak Fidah.. nanti erna pi kacau lagi, ok?..
Exeter is located in the county of Devon which is in South West of England.. It is about 2 1/2 hours drive from Reading... Exeter ni memang cantik sgt.... sgt la aman & tenang.. Exeter ni kira tepi laut jugak la.. tapi masa time winter laut kat Exeter kering so boleh la jln2 cari siput sampai tgh laut.. masa time summer air laut akan naik balik...pelik gak masa mula2 tu tapi mmg mcm tu la kat Exeter every year..InsyaAllah ada rezeki next summer blh gi lagi..
